Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Jawai Leopard Safaris, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair and enjoyable experience for all guests, our team, the local community and the wildlife of Jawai.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are provisional until you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • You must provide full names, contact details and number of guests at the time of booking.
  • We recommend booking 7–14 days in advance (4–6 weeks during peak season).
  • All bookings are on a first come first served basis.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are final and per person.
  • Prices include safari fees, tracker and driver charges, and listed inclusions.
  • Prices do not include transport, accommodation, personal expenses or tips.
  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm booking.
  • Remaining balance can be paid on arrival.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash and debit/credit cards.
  • No hidden charges or additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No show on the day No Refund

Important Note: If we cancel due to weather, safety or uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule.

4. Safari Rules & Safety

  • Remain seated inside the jeep at all times.
  • Maintain silence near wildlife.
  • Flash photography is prohibited.
  • No littering (zero waste policy).
  • No smoking, alcohol or intoxicants.
  • Follow instructions of tracker and driver at all times.
  • Children under 5 are not permitted. Ages 5–12 must be supervised.

5. Wildlife Sighting Policy

  • Leopard sightings are not guaranteed.
  • Trackers will maximise chances using expertise.
  • No refund if no wildlife is sighted.

6. Changes To Bookings

  • Date/time changes allowed up to 7 days prior (subject to availability).
  • One free reschedule per booking.
  • Additional changes may incur fees.
  • Upgrades allowed with price difference.

7. Liability

  • We take all reasonable safety precautions.
  • No liability for injury, loss or damage due to rule violations.
  • No liability for wildlife behaviour, weather or uncontrollable events.

8. Our Commitments To You

  • Maximum 6 guests per jeep.
  • Best zone selection based on real-time tracking.
  • Ethical safari practices always followed.
  • Experienced local trackers.

9. Community & Conduct

  • Respect local Rabari community and customs.
  • Do not enter private areas without permission.
  • Maintain respectful behaviour at all times.

10. General

  • We may update these terms at any time.
  • All disputes fall under Pali, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
